All our fruit and vegetables are picked and placed in your box by hand to ensure that each piece is of the highest quality and freshness.

At this time we are offering the classic Bee Box, "designed" for a family of four, the Bee Box Express, "designed" for a family of two, and the Fiesta Fresh Salsa Box! In the future we will be expanding and offering additional fruits and vegetables and specialty boxes. Some Specialty Boxes we also plan to offer are: the Aloha Box, a Fruit Box, a Bread Box, the Cinco De Mayo Box, and Spice Paks. THE BEE BOX

Each Bee Box will contain a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Each week the selection will be different, due to the season and what is available to us to choose from. Although the selection will be different each week we will try to include 6 different varieties fruits and 6 different varieties of vegetables, some with multiples of each. Of those items, we always try to include apples and bananas, as well as a salad mix. In addition, the holiday season is important so we try to include things like cranberries and sweet potatoes.

For example:
Week 1’s Bee Box may contain:

1 head romaine lettuce
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
4 tomato
1 1lb bag carrots

1 10lb russet potato
6 bananas
1 2lb bag red apples
4 large peaches
1 2lb bagged cherry
4 large nectarine
1 cantaloupe

Week 2’s Bee Box may contain:

1 head iceberg lettuce
2 cucumber
1 pint cherry tomato
1 pint mushroom
1 5lb bag yukon gold potato
2 green bell pepper
2 red bell peppers
2 pints strawberry
2lb bagged red grape
1 pint blue berry
6 bananas
1 golden pineapple
1 personal water melon

We will always try to include 6 different varieties of fruits and 6 different varieties of vegetables, but the assortment may be completely different than the previous week. We don't know exactly what will be available until we go to the growers and handpick the produce we feel is best. If we think the peaches don’t look great that day we will choose the apples instead. Or if the lettuce looks a little wilted we will find a different green leafy vegetable that looks better.

THE BEE BOX EXPRESS

The Bee Box Express contains half of all the delicious contents that the Original Bee Box contains and will vary week to week just like its big brother. The Bee Box Express is designed for a family of two and we will try to include 6 different varieties of fruits and 6 different varieties of vegetables each week.

THE FIESTA FRESH SALSA BOX

The Fiesta Fresh Salsa Box is designed to create the perfect salsa! Included each week will be onions, jalapenos, garlic cloves, limes, tomatoes, cilantro, tortillas, and our secret recipe for making the best salsa!

THE WHOLE GRAIN NATURAL BREAD COMPANY PACKS

Green Bee Produce is proud to have a partnership with a local Mesa, Arizona bakery: Whole Grain Natural Bread Company! Because of Ron and the wonderful people at his bakery, we are able to offer you terrific bread for a great price! And to top it all off, he mills all his wheat right there in his bakery and uses all natural ingredients - honey, flour, you name it - and it's completely NATURAL. Plus we get it right out of the oven, so no who-knows-how-old bread for Green Bee-ers!
